J. Brian Neill, Q.C Brian Neill is the founder and former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Star Choice Communications Inc. and is currently Chairman and a shareholder of BTV+ and Ciel Satellite Group. He has many years of experience in the satellite and wireless technology sectors and also serves as Chairman of Virtual Expert Clinic, a company currently developing an on-line platform for the treatment of autism. A native and resident of New Brunswick, Mr. Neill practiced law with a number of Fredericton law firms from 1971 through 1994, served as the President of the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association in 1982, and was appointed as Queen's Counsel in 1990.
